Black educators remain underrepresented and undersupported in the American education system - particularly in Montessori education. This perpetuates a cycle of isolation and limits the collective influence of this community. Our three-day experience brings Black Montessori leaders and School Founders together to advance our Community of Practice.
Through The Exchange, we support Black educators in Montessori, helping to increase their representation, strengthen their communities and encourage their influence.
During this experience, we meet educators where they are, offering pathways to learn, rest, heal, restore, and amplify their impact. Learning experiences will be tailored to ensure adaptive support for Black educators at every stage of their leadership journey.
What is
The exchange?
